Data is stored using secure cloud services (such as Supabase) and transmitted securely via industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).

We do not sell personal data. Certain data may be processed by trusted third-party services solely for app functionality (for example hosting and database services). Your profile and any projects you choose to make public are visible to other users and can be found through search; private projects are not shown on your public profile.

Data is kept only as long as necessary. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings (UluP Spaces and UluP Spatial) or by contacting us; you may also request an export of your data.

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Note that no digital storage method is 100% secure.

You have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

UluP Studio services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Voice commands and voice notes use the headset microphone. Voice commands are recognized on the headset itself (offline speech recognition): the audio is not sent to us or to any third party and is not stored. If you record a voice note and attach it to a node, that recording is uploaded as a file attachment to your project, like any other attachment.

The app uses the headset's hand tracking to let you grab, move and connect nodes. Hand tracking data is processed on the headset by the Meta system software. UluP Studio does not receive, store or transmit hand tracking data.

Projects, nodes (including their 3D position), tasks, notes, due dates, attachments, focus sessions, your profile (username, bio, photo, accent color) and project access requests. Public profiles and public projects are visible to other users.

You can use the app as a guest or offline. The offline demo project and local data stay on your headset (and, when online, in a temporary guest account). Uninstalling the app or resetting the headset removes local data. When you create an account, guest projects can be moved to it.

If you choose to connect an AI assistant to your account through the MCP connector, that assistant can read and change your projects with your authorization (OAuth). You control this connection and can revoke it at any time. UluP Spatial itself does not send your data to any AI service.

UluP Spatial contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. Meta may collect its own usage and diagnostic data on its platform, governed by Meta's privacy policy.

You can delete projects, nodes and attachments inside the app. To delete your account and all associated data (profile, projects you own and their files), go to Settings → Account → Delete my account in UluP Spatial, use the same option in UluP Spaces (ulupspaces.com), or contact us.

Accessing, downloading, or using our services constitutes your binding agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our applications.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, as well as any files (images, documents) you upload. We do not tolerate any abusive, fraudulent, or illegal use of our platform.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or temporarily or permanently discontinue our services at any time, with or without notice. We will strive to notify users of significant changes.

UluP Studio applications are provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of our platforms.
